What do living things need to survive?

  • 5 to 6 year olds will investigate how plants and yeast react in a bottle environment.
  • 7 to 9 year olds will dissect seeds and examine them under a microscope.
  • 10 to 13 year olds will perform leaf chromatography and conduct controlled experiments with yeast, collecting data on what is being produced.

Target Age Range: for ages 5 to 6, 7 to 9 and 10 to 13
