Working mostly in the contemporary ballet idiom, which incorporates the disciplines of classical ballet, modern, and jazz dance, the majority of works performed by James Sewell Ballet are the choreography of artistic director James Sewell who is known for his frequent inclusion of satire and social commentary.

It is time once again to sign up for James Sewell Ballet’s student performances. Individual homeschool families and homeschool groups are invited to attend one of the following shows:

Wednesday, March 21, 2012
10:15 am or 12:15 pm

Thursday, March 22, 2012
10:15 am or 12:15 pm.

Performances are 50 minutes long with 10 minutes afterwards for questions and answers

Target Grade Level: elementary and middle school aged

Cost per Child/Student: $2
Cost per Adult/Educator: free

Registration: Shows fill up quickly, so reserving early is highly recommended. HSA members may reserve seats by filling out the PDF form at groups.yahoo.com/group/hsadventures/files/Miscellaneous/2012JamesSewellOrderForm.pdf and faxing or mailing it to James Sewell Ballet office (address and phone number are on the form).
