This hand-built pottery and sculpture class is taught by Franny Hyde, a local ceramic artist, specializing in sculpting animals and people. She is a former elementary art teacher, marketing executive, and graduate of St. Olaf College. She is currently enjoying working with children as a teaching artist for Northern Clay Center's ClayToGo outreach program and summer Clay Camp, as well as a Studio Monitor. Her sculpture is in several private collections in the Twin Cities area, Madison, WI, New York, and Stockholm..

Target Age Range: ages 5 to 15 years

Cost per Child/Student: $20/child (includes materials)

Sibling Policy: Only enrolled children may participate in the class.
Parent/Guardian Policy: There is a comfortable lounge in the art center where parents and siblings may wait during class time. There is also a coffee shop in the Old Milk Factory with free WiFi.
