Junior Scientist Program: Maple Syrup Party

Wood Lake Nature Center

Location

6710 Lake Shore Dr S
Richfield, MN 55423-2206

Junior Scientists perform field research around Wood Lake. This research is guided by a naturalist but driven and performed by students. Junior Scientists are part of a team of homeschoolers that meets monthly to perform citizen science projects, investigate important projects for Wood Lake, and have fun together.

This is not a class. Students are in the field performing valuable research. The results of many projects are reported to national scientific institutions to aid scientists in global research.
