Cooperatives

We regret that you do not have the resources to maintain a full list of area cooperatives. At this time we are only able to list cooperatives that (1) have been active for at least two years, (2) are comprised of at least 20 active families, and (3) are in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metropolitan Area. Cooperatives that don't meet these requirements are welcome to request their information be distributed on the Homeschool Adventures Yahoo Group.

Classes / Events / Field Trips

One half of our mission is to help Twin Cities area organizations reach homeschoolers with information on daytime, weekday classes, events or field trip opportunities for homeschooled children ages 5 to 18. In general, we will distribute information about area offerings for homeschoolers via the Homeschool Adventures Yahoo Group and Facebook Page and include it on our calendar. For best response, please make sure you include all the information requested above (as applicable to your event).

Evening or weekend events and classes may be submitted for consideration for distribution via the Homeschool Adventures Yahoo Group and/or Facebook Page, but will not be included on this website. Events for preschoolers may also be submitted for consideration. The more unique your evening/weekend offering, the more likely it will be chosen for distribution. Parent-Child classes for preschoolers that also welcome siblings will receive more consideration than either drop-off preschool programs or programs that require parents to make other child care arrangements for children outside the target age range.

Discounts / Businesses 

We are currently only accepting links to businesses that;
(1) offer a homeschool discount or
(2) are a general store owned by a local homeschooler.
