How Do I Reimburse (Pay) the Organizer?
If payment instructions were not included in the Event Notice, you may expect to receive an email from the organizer with payment instructions.
Payment deadlines and methods vary, so please read your Payment Instructions carefully. You are responsible for all information contained in the Payment Instructions.
Please reimburse the organizer promptly according to the organizer’s Payment Instructions. Unless stated otherwise in the Payment Instructions, failure to pay by the payment deadline will result in cancellation of your registration.
Please send your payment the same day that you receive your payment instructions — before you have a chance to forget. It is not the organizer’s responsibility to send you a payment due reminder, and you should not expect to receive one. (When you register for a Homeschool Adventure on HomeschoolRecess, your payment instructions are emailed to you immediately after your register, so please plan to send your payment at the time that you register.)
If you discover that your payment is past due, please contact the organizer for instructions. Failure to pay is not an acceptable way to cancel your registration. You must let the organizer know explicitly if you are no longer planning to attend.
