The Homeschool Gym and Swim Program at the Minnesota Valley YMCA in Burnsville is an excellent opportunity for homeschool students to fulfill their physical education requirements in a fun, safe, low-cost setting. Homeschool Classes

The Homeschool Gym and Swim Program at the Minnesota Valley YMCA in Burnsville is an excellent opportunity for homeschool students to fulfill their physical education requirements in a fun, safe, low-cost setting. The program is designed to develop teamwork, peer interaction, motor skills, coordination, self-esteem and fair play while emphasizing our four core values: Caring, Respect, Responsibility, and Honesty. Take advantage of this outstanding program as part of your Homeschool curriculum!

The class time consists of 50 minutes of gym time, a 10 minute change time and 40 minutes in the pool.

Target Age Range/Prerequisite Skills: Designed for boys and girls ages 5 to 12. To enhance the groups water/swim experience, we do request that your child is comfortable in water to participate.
