Would you like to plan a field trip to Springbrook Nature Center? SNC would like to help supplement your science and culture curriculum. Our programs are written to enhance what you are currently working on in the classroom, as a scout troop, or at home, by providing a quality hands-on experience. Participants are divided into groups of between 15-20 to allow for adequate attention of your students.
We are situated on 127 acres of forest, prairie and wetland habitat. We offer more than 3 miles of hiking trails with 2 wildlife viewing stations, various resting areas, and a picnic shelter.
In addition to booking your program with qualified interpretive naturalists, your students will have access to the Interpretive Center, which houses live animals, interactive exhibits, and wildlife viewing area.
