SteppingStone Theatre works with local playwrights and composers to develop and write most of its plays, and premieres three or four new shows each season. The performers are children and youth aged 9 to 18 who work in a professional setting with some of the Twin Cities’ top theater artists for six or more weeks prior to opening night.
Plays are chosen for both their educational and entertainment value, and Educational Resource Guides are available for most productions.

Weekday matinees are at 10am and 12pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Cost per Child/Student: $7
Cost per Adult/Educator: $7
Minimum Group Size: 20
Cancellation Policy/Cancellation Deadline: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until the first payment due date. Groups are responsible to pay for any reservations cancelled after this date. If you need to cancel your reservation, or reduce the number of tickets after payment has been made, SteppingStone will make an effort to exchange your reservation for another date or time of the same production. If you have students absent on the day of your performance, or have unused wristbands, retain them. They may be used to attend another performance during the current season, or applied to future group reservations.

Discounted Tickets
Individual homeschool families receive the group rate (no minimum purchase required) on tickets when they identify themselves as homeschoolers when placing their order with the Box Office at 651-225-9265.

Getting There
Parking Information: Inexpensive paid parking is available at the Victoria Crossing ramp (corner of Victoria and Grand Ave.) On-street parking on residential streets is discouraged out of courtesy to SteppingStone's neighbors. Please be aware of and respect posted parking restrictions.
Driving Directions: Steppingstone Theatre is located on Victoria St between Selby and Summit | Grand Ave.
About 1 mile southeast of the Lexington Pkwy exit from I-94 east.
About 1 mile southwest of the Dale St exit from I-94 west.
About 1-¼ miles west of the Grand Ave/Ramsey St exit from I-35E north.
