Welch Village offers 140 acres of skiable terrain with sixity runs on five distinct ridges overlooking the Cannon River and Belle Creek Valleys. Lift Systems includes 4 Quads, 1 Triple, 4 Doubles and 1 Moving Carpet which is open during lessons only.
Average annual snowfall of 45 inches supplemented by Snowmaking provided using the water from the Cannon River which is converted to snow via 200 fixed and mobile snow-making units. In optimum conditions, the resort is able to produce four feet of snow on 160 acres of slopes in about one week.
The SkiLink Learning Center, built in 1994, offers lesson packages for both skiers and snowboarders, and the latest design in rental equipment including helmets. Programs are offered for children, families, and adults of all ages enabling anyone the ability to learn the sport and make it part of their lifestyle.

Driving Directions:
From Western Metro:
Take I-494 east to Hwy 52 south to Hwy 50 at Hampton east. Hwy 50 will become Hwy 61 south. Continue on Hwy 61 south, then turn right at Goodhue County Rd. 7 (Welch Village Rd). Take Welch Village Rd three miles south to Welch Village Resort.
From North Metro:
Take I-694 east to Hwy. 61 south to Hastings. On the southern end of Hastings, take Hwy 316 south which will end at Hwy 61. Go south (left) on Hwy 61, then turn right at Goodhue County Rd. 7 (Welch Village Rd). Take Welch Village Rd three miles south to Welch Village Resort.
